Consultant, Organizational Ethics Program Lead; Department of Clinical & Organizational Ethics

Kelsey Miller is a Consultant and the Organizational Ethics Program Lead for the Department of Clinical and Organizational Ethics for the IU Health system. She has been with IU Health since 2018.  Kelsey is also the founder and manages the Family Support Program, which provides services and supplies to family members of actively dying patients in the trauma center, stroke unit, and the surgical trauma ICU and was made possible by receiving a Values Grants from the Evans Center for Spiritual and Religious Values in Healthcare.  She completed the Fairbanks Fellowship in Clinical Ethics in 2022, focusing her project on Organizational Ethics.  Kelsey received a Master’s in Healthcare Administration in 2021 and a Master’s in Leadership Development in 2022.  She is a Unit Based Ethics Conversation Facilitator and recently received her certification to be a healthcare ethics consultant through ASBH.  Kelsey’s areas of interests include organizational ethics, rural ethics, and ethical implications that affect athletes of all ages. Kelsey is married and has twin boys.
